DOMESTIC SHIPPING
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days unless an item is on back order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone if provided.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The following carriers are used by Mulberry Manor Boutique - USPS and UPS. A variety of shipping rates are provided at checkout. Shipping rates for your order will be automatically carrier calculated based on delivery time, package size and weight. Please refer to tracking numbers for expected delivery time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mulberry Manor Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Mulberry Manor Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. All claims must be submitted within 3 days of order delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. When filing a claim please submit images of the damaged package and/or items received. Submit your claim by contacting us at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com. Once we review the claim, we will either issue an immediate full or partial refund or send a return label to the recipient via email. All shipping for returned items are paid by the original purchaser. Please package all damaged items in the original package (if undamaged) and return to sender using the label provided. Once we receive the damaged item it will be inspected. Upon inspection we will then determine if a refund is appropriate. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Mulberry Manor Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Mulberry Manor Boutique ships outside the U.S. to most international destinations.

ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Furniture, retail displays and retail fixtures. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Clearance items cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please inspect your product to make sure there are no damages or defects. All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags (if applicable). Place your item in the original packaging and box it was mailed in. Please make sure all contents are packaged with care.
Contact Mulberry Manor Boutique at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com to inquire about submitting a return. Once we verify the purchase and determine if the product qualifies to be returned we will issue you a return mailing label to your email address. If for some reason you do not receive a return label please contact us for further instructions.
Please print out and apply the return label to the front of the box you plan to return to our facility at the address listed above. If you have any problems don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you!
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for both the original shipping costs unless your initial shipping was free. And, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for the item returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds - Out of Stock Items (if applicable)
On occasion online inventory might be inaccurate. If an item ends up being out of stock and cannot be fulfilled due to the item being discontinued or no longer being carried in our store, we will issue a full refund for the item ordered to your original method of payment.
If you only ordered one item and it is out of stock for the above reasons mentioned, we will simply cancel your order. You will receive an automatic email notifying you of the canceled order.
Refunds - Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Gift Items (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
